Experience with SPC/DOE/FMEA desirable
Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of GD&T and technical specifications

Responsibilities

Define and implement changes to manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Develop and update procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.
Build parts, routings and related items in Epicor ERP system.
Disposition DMRs and RMAs when required in a timely manner.
Assist in product development, production and tooling with fixturing.
Define inspection criteria based on statistical analysis.
Evaluate and troubleshoot production and quality issues.
Provide material review dispositions for non-conforming materials or parts.
Provide support to the production floor.
Engage with supply chain to address quality issues.
Review projects to design, develop and deploy workable solutions with minimal resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
