Axis Communications in Lund is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to guide production partners and optimize high-volume assembly. You will collaborate with mechanical, electronics, software, and supply chain teams to ensure quality and efficient transfer of processes to external manufacturers.

The role requires 5+ years in production, mechatronics and automation expertise, English fluency, and willingness to travel about 25 days a year.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of production environment experience.
• Experience in mechatronics and automation.
• Interest in design for production and risk mitigation.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Nice to have Swedish language skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive improvements for high-volume production and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with mechanics, electronics production, software, and external suppliers.
• Support transfer or startup of new manufacturing sites and ensure proper setup.
• Provide requirements and input for new production systems and changes.
• Communicate feedback to Axis teams and work with Product Maintenance during design changes.
• Travel to manufacturing partners approximately 25 days per year.
