Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
2+ years in production or process engineering in manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with process equipment and improvements.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CAD/AutoCAD.
Familiarity with process simulations.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Research and support the development of new manufacturing equipment.
Assist technicians with troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
Collect, analyze, interpret, and document production data.
Support installation and implementation of new equipment.
Prepare and present data and reports to management and customers.
Continuously evaluate equipment and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
