Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing/industrial engineering with hands-on machining or metal finishing.
• Strong CNC, tooling, and dimensional control knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings and apply GD&T in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Support and optimize machining and finishing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Analyze scrap, tool wear, dimensional variation, and surface defects to reduce waste and improve capability.
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation, setup standards, and control parameters to enable reliable production.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and suppliers to strengthen inspection methods, tooling performance, and defect prevention.
• Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tool life, changeover, and cost per part through data-driven problem solving.
