Job summary

Danfoss Utica, NY is seeking a Senior Professional, Continuous Improvement to shape manufacturing and distribution processes. You will turn data and observations into meaningful improvements that reduce waste and improve flow on the shop floor.

Lead kaizen events, develop dashboards, and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to sustain gains and drive lean leadership. A strong practical lean background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of lean tools such as value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, and structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence diverse teams at all levels.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or data-driven continuous improvement environments.
• Leadership mindset and behaviors aligned with collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes to identify waste and unlock productivity, quality, and flow improvements.
• Facilitate kaizen events and improvement workshops to engage teams and deliver measurable results.
