Job summary

Vivid Soft Global Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to design, analyze, and optimize production processes ensuring quality, safety, and throughput targets.

You will collaborate with design, production, quality, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement and implement standard work instructions. Responsibilities include creating EBOM to MBOM, initiating ECOs in PLM/ERP, and developing SOPs with process flow diagrams while monitoring KPIs such as yield, cycle time, and OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/chemical/industrial/production engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/process engineering.
• Experience with Work Instructions, process mapping, PFMEA, control plans.
• Proficient in CAD/process simulation tools (AutoCAD, Tecnomatix, SAP VE).
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills; ability to work in cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize production processes to meet quality, safety, and throughput targets.
• Create EBOM to MBOM and Standard Work Instructions.
• Review and process ECOs in PLM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production, and quality teams to reflect best practices.
• Develop SOPs and process flow diagrams; support ramp-up of new products.
