Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to act as a technical lead on the production floor, focusing on throughput and product quality. You will apply data-driven insights and hands-on troubleshooting to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include Lean/Six Sigma projects, data analysis to remove bottlenecks, collaboration with Maintenance and Quality, leading trials, and developing SOPs and training to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation and KPI management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to boost production stability.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to resolve equipment performance issues.
• Lead new product trials and process development projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials for production staff.
• Use root-cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
• Engage floor operations to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to schedules.
