Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing designs, fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
• Leads Six Sigma deployment and enterprise coaching.
• Supports and defines process validation activities (IQ/OQ and beyond).
• Drives process optimization from lean methods to enterprise gains.
• Leads engineering projects, capital initiatives, and risk management.
• Aligns technical programs with business strategy and investment planning.
