Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to production and tube mill operations
• Improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and testing
• Troubleshoot quality issues and disposition nonconforming materials
• Lead equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and DOE to optimize efficiency
• Manage projects related to equipment installs, cost reduction, and throughput improvements
• Support cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff
• Identify production risks and implement corrective actions
