Job summary

ATC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes across assigned components, integrating engineering and lean practices to maximize safety, quality, and throughput.

You will lead root cause analyses, develop FMEA/Control Plans, and collaborate with Program Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Plant Management to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the manufacturing enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience with process integration and optimization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to train teams and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve manufacturing processes across assigned components and processes.
• Develop FMEA and Control Plans to ensure QMS compliance and safe, high‑quality production.
• Collaborate with Program Engineering, Quality Engineering, Maintenance and Plant Management to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and mentor production/engineering staff.
