Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Manufacturing and Materials Process Leader to drive governance, documentation control, and continuous improvement across operations. You will lead root-cause investigations, manage non-conformances, and execute CAPAs while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Quality, Operations, Materials and Engineering to standardize processes, maintain training docs, support audits, and sustain operational excellence through Lean discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance of manufacturing and materials processes.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems with data-driven methods.
• Proven track record leading Lean and Kaizen initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain process documentation, standard work, procedures, and training materials.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and properly controlled.
• Lead process reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen events, and projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and eliminate waste.
• Lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive CAPA completion.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Materials, and Engineering to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor CAPA effectiveness and ensure sustainability in procedures and training.
