Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing/engineering roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with quality systems and regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and control the production process including tooling and equipment.
  • Support new product, tool, and equipment implementation from design through production.
  • Drive process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet business goals.
  • Use technical knowledge and data to solve production and process problems.
  • Lead or support projects that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment on day-to-day decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and operators.
  • Maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, quality records, FMEAs, and electronic manufacturing systems.
