Job summary

Wise Equation Solutions Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality in a high-efficiency industrial setting.

You will drive Lean initiatives, implement PFMEA and CAPA, and design efficient layouts using SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or AutoCAD. You will also ensure safety compliance in high-voltage environments, manage cross-functional projects, and leverage MES/ERP (SAP or Oracle) to support operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and quality management.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and CAD tools.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and project management.
• Experience with lithium-ion batteries, BESS, or EV powertrains is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and MES/ERP knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kanban.
• Apply PFMEA, 8D, 5 Whys, and CAPA for root-cause analysis and quality improvement.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, factory layouts, and production workflows using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety requirements, particularly in high-voltage manufacturing environments.
• Manage manufacturing projects and collaborate with design, quality, and production teams.
• Support manufacturing operations using MES/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
