• Analyze complex manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance and Quality, to resolve equipment performance issues in real-time.
• Lead new product trials and process development projects to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for production staff.
• Utilize root-cause analysis techniques to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Engage directly with floor operations to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to production schedules.
