Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Establish KPIs to measure process performance and impact.
• Collaborate with design and R&D to ensure manufacturability.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for repeatable processes.
• Train production teams on new processes and tools.
