Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with engineered-to-order and low-mix, high-runner processes.
Experience implementing ergonomic, safety, and productivity improvement projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software used to create or modify manufacturing layouts, tooling, or process documentation.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes that support safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives while optimizing production layouts and material flow.
Analyze operations through time studies, work measurement, line balancing, capacity analysis, and workflow assessments; support new product introductions and production ramp-ups.
Partner with Lean and Continuous Improvement teams to identify, prioritize, and implement operational improvements using Lean methodologies.
Lead manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation and sustainment, including process documentation and standard work.
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address safety, quality, delivery, and productivity issues.
