Engineered Products, based in Easley, SC, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer focused on continuous improvement to lead Lean initiatives on the shop floor for roll forming, punching, welding, and assembly. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred; internships and co‑op experience considered.
• Experience in structural steel, roll forming, metal fabrication, or heavy manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across structural steel roll forming, punching, welding, and assembly operations.
• Develop standardized processes, lead Lean initiatives, support new product introductions, and partner with Operations to improve manufacturing performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives on the floor, with a hands‑on approach on daily activities.
