Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, tooling design, and reading technical drawings.
• Ability to apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
• Familiarity with PLM/ECN systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing, product development, and lifecycle teams to drive process improvements.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and support JIT production via Kaizen events.
• Interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to support assembly/welding.
• Design and optimize tooling/fixtures and use digital work instruction tools.
• Manage changes with PLM/ECN systems and update BOMs and documentation.
• Support data-driven decisions using ERP, Power BI, and IoT-enabled monitoring.
