Belcan Corporation in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement. You will work with Operations, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and Engineering to enhance SQDCP performance.

The ideal candidate is a motivated problem solver who enjoys the shop floor, analyzes data, implements improvements, and leads cross‑functional projects to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, process, and assembly issues impacting production.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support launch and stabilization of new products, processes, and equipment.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
