Celestica in Plano, Texas is seeking a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost, and delivery goals for customer products.

You will lead process development across single or multi-stage operations, applying DOE, Lean/Six Sigma, and automation strategies to maximize throughput and resource utilization in a fast-paced production environment.

Formación

• Familiar with process engineering in manufacturing environments.
• Experience applying DOE and statistical methods.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes for customer products.
• Develop software and tooling for machine and process steps used in manufacturing.
• Lead capability assessments of machines/processes using DOE and statistics to maximize throughput and reduce cost.
• Lead problem solving for complex process or product issues across the full manufacturing chain.
• Advise product designers on manufacturability and process feasibility.
