Job summary

Mubea is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to advance cost, quality, safety and delivery across our US production lines. You will help develop, optimize and maintain stamping, forming, grinding, heat treatment, assembly and packaging processes, working with designers to ensure cost-effective production.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, plus experience with SAP and Lean practices. We offer comprehensive benefits and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or 5+ years in a technical manufacturing role.
• 3 years supervisory experience or 3+ years leading project teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of core manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and implement improvements in cost, quality, safety and delivery.
• Develop, optimize and maintain manufacturing processes across multiple operations.
• Collaborate with equipment designers to create cost-effective production processes.
• Monitor KPI: OEE, throughput and unplanned stops; support standard work.
• Lead design and launch of new processes using engineering methods.
• Support process validation, capability studies and production controls.
• Analyze future capacity and incorporate needs into projects.
• Research and implement manufacturing technologies and automation opportunities.
• Forecast department costs and support budget requests.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, quality and productivity.
