Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
• Ability to perform self-directed work as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes for efficient operations.
• Use data analytics techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate product quality and determine root causes of issues.
• Diagnose process and equipment issues, work with maintenance teams.
• Train employees to enhance work processes and product quality.
