The role supports hardware and software troubleshooting, interfaces with multiple process departments, and applies robotics, machine vision, and data measurement to improve equipment performance.

A BS degree and 3+ years of experience are required, with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• BSCS, BSEE, BSEET, or BS Physics with relevant coursework in automation and system integration.
• Minimum of 3 years of applied professional experience in electronic development, design, and support of test-manufacturing equipment.
• Major in electrical engineering, with a minor in software programming.
• Experience with industrial networking, PLC, and PC-based control systems environments.
• Robotics and mechatronics experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to transform process control concepts into robust solutions for existing machinery.
• Support technicians, troubleshooting hardware and software to resolve equipment functionality issues.
