Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- 3+ years in electronics manufacturing or defense/aerospace environments.
- Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics, and military specs.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies.
- Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and bills of materials.
- Support low- to mid-volume, high-reliability production environments.
- Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide engineering support for assembly, testing, and repair; perform RCCA investigations.
