You will create work instructions, routings, and BOMs, while supporting high-reliability production and performing RCCA investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing or defense/aerospace environments.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, schematics, and military specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies.
• Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and bills of materials.
• Support low- to mid-volume, high-reliability production environments.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide engineering support for assembly, testing, and repair; perform RCCA investigations.
