Job summary

Greene, Tweed & Co Limited is seeking an Engineer II-Manufacturing in Selma, TX. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, driving capital projects, and advancing lean practices across the value stream.

You will analyze data, lead corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma expertise preferred; knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, DMAIC is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily/weekly/monthly metrics with the Value Stream Manager to improve machinery operations and production methods.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Drive capital expense projects from quote to IQOQPQ with minimal guidance; participate in budgeting.
• Develop documentation to support automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream.
