Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in engineering discipline is required, Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and applying Lean standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze factory metrics with the Value Stream Manager to improve process capability.
• Identify root causes of Safety and Quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead capital expense projects from quote to IQOQPQ with minimal guidance.
• Create automation transition docs and collaborate with Developmental Engineering.
• Drive preventive maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Maintain knowledge of materials and equipment in the value stream.
