Qualifications

• Requires engineering/technical degree with optional experience as listed in Education/Experience section.
• Experience in data analysis and documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with DOE, SPC, and DMAIC methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Install and qualify new equipment.
• Maintain gauges and measurement tools.
• Design and execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data, report results.
• Collect daily equipment and product performance data.
• Interface with internal and supplier personnel for projects.
• Maintain communication with production staff and manufacturing engineers.
• Develop training for engineering technicians and production staff.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain drawings, process specifications, SOPs, and control plans.
• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Travel 0-5% as required.
• Experience in thin-film deposition or thermal processing in semiconductor/glass industries is desirable.
