  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 0+ years of engineering experience.
  • Internship, co-op, academic project, or laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing technical and manufacturing data to support process improvement and problem solving.
  • Experience supporting medical device, regulated manufacturing, or other quality-driven industries.

Responsabilidades

  • Support manufacturing operations by investigating and resolving production-related technical issues affecting product performance, quality, and yield.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, troubleshoot process challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support testing methods, procedures, and validation activities to maintain product and process performance.
  • Evaluate customer returns and product-related issues to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes and support component-related investigations.
  • Assist with minor product, component, or process design modifications to improve manufacturability, quality, or cost.
  • Support transfer and lifecycle management activities for products and components in high-volume production.
  • Document engineering activities, investigations, and recommendations in accordance with quality system requirements.
