• Support manufacturing operations by investigating and resolving production‑related technical issues affecting product performance, quality, and yield.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, troubleshoot process challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support testing methods, procedures, and validation activities to maintain product and process performance.
• Evaluate customer returns and product‑related issues to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
• Partner with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to implement engineering changes and support component‑related investigations.
• Assist with minor product, component, or process design modifications to improve manufacturability, quality, or cost.
• Support transfer and lifecycle management activities for products and components in high‑volume production.
• Document engineering activities, investigations, and recommendations in accordance with quality system requirements.
