Job summary

ESAB in Hanover, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to plan, initiate, and optimize manufacturing processes for key product lines. You will work with cross-functional teams and lead process improvements to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

You will update SAP/PC-based systems, support startup of new equipment, train operators and maintenance staff, and ensure EH&S compliance while designing layouts and coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Light, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Coordinates with Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Updates SAP/PC-based systems for routings and BOM.
• Provides training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Ensures EH&S during design and changes.
