Job summary

You will create routings, work instructions, process sheets, and standard work while supporting tooling, fixtures, and process concepts. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, specs, BOMs, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, documents, and improves manufacturing processes to produce conforming product safely and efficiently.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, BOMs, customer requirements, and data to establish methods, sequences, tooling, and process controls.
• Creates and maintains routings, work instructions, process sheets, standard work, and other production documentation.
