Pride Mobility Products is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes on domestic and international operations.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and production teams, lead lean initiatives, develop work instructions, SOPs, and participate in NPI activities to ensure quality and on-time product launches.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• No experience required; internships or co-ops in manufacturing are a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD software and engineering drawing interpretations.
• Basic Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams on launches.
• Lead Lean projects and document work instructions, SOPs, and process flows.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support NPI activities including process development and validation.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide shop-floor support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Travel for product launches to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety policies.
