Jabil is seeking a Product Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes across a diverse product range. You will bridge design to production, ensuring manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output.

Responsibilities include providing DFM feedback, creating and maintaining process documentation, leading ECO/ECN activities, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma techniques. Join a global EMS environment and contribute to NPI efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (required).
2–5 years in product/manufacturing engineering, preferably EMS.
Strong knowledge of manufacturability, quality, and process documentation.
Experience with SMT, assembly, testing, and packaging processes.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and Minitab for analysis.

Responsabilités

DFM feedback and recommendations across product development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain manufacturing process docs (work instructions, process flows, control plans).
Lead ECOs/ECNs and Product Change Requests.
Review BOMs, routings, and manufacturing docs for accuracy.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Improve processes using Lean Six Sigma to boost yield and reduce costs.
Evaluate materials and equipment; conduct CpK/PpK studies and SPC.
