Job summary

EIS Legacy LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize machining processes on our Canton, GA manufacturing floor. You will collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, support new product introductions, and drive improvements that enhance quality and productivity.

The role emphasizes hands-on process development, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork, with a strong focus on reducing scrap and improving process reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; CNC/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, production operations, and process development.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes for consistent production.
• Support production on the shop floor, troubleshoot machining issues, and improve productivity.
• Create process documentation and specifications; support engineering changes.
• Contribute to New Product Introductions and manufacturing feasibility studies.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and assist root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and manufacturability.
