Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in process engineering within manufacturing.
• Experience with process optimization, SPC and lean principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in simulation software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities through process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all designs and operations.
