Job summary

Danone West Jordan plant in Utah is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement on the production floor, partnering with the Line Leader and Maintenance Leader to drive reliability and standardized processes. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and the ability to coach frontline teams for measurable improvements.

You will analyze data, develop standard operating procedures, and implement best practices to reduce losses while maintaining safety, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline; required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated technical problem-solving and leadership capability, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve process reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses through data analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Partner with production leaders and frontline teams to establish standards and optimize operating procedures.
• Drive troubleshooting efforts and build technical capability across the organization.
• Support change management, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Utilize reliability engineering tools to improve asset performance and loss elimination.
