• Develop manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements through flow, drawings, and models.
• Collaborate with account managers, quality, and operations to set development timelines and EMS commitments.
• Develop CNC processes with engineering technicians to ensure manufacturing intent, efficiency, and cost.
• Manage engineering changes through impact assessment to process, quality, and timeline.
• Participate in capital purchases to enhance EMS capabilities and efficiency.
• Support customer process qualification and validation requirements.
• Ensure processes meet quality, time, and cost expectations before handover to operations.
• Support EMS quality policy and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
