Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production efficiency at the Knoxville plant. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation and controls in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including ControlLogix and/or CompactLogix.
• Experience with FactoryTalk, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes, data, and equipment performance to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Provide engineering support for day-to-day manufacturing operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and standardize process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and variation.
• Lead or support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives and define KPIs.
