Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to enhance process performance, quality and food safety across beverage and food manufacturing.

You will work with R&D, Quality/Food Safety, Engineering, and Operations to improve controls, support validation, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes water systems, sanitation, CIP/SIP, aseptic or thermal processing, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Food Science, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in food, beverage, dairy, juice, or CPG manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years supporting process/quality engineering, food safety, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with water systems, sanitation programs, CIP/SIP, aseptic or thermal processing, root cause analysis, and process validation.
• Lean Six Sigma/TPM knowledge or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and quality improvement initiatives across beverage and food manufacturing operations.
• Investigate quality defects, process failures, consumer complaints, and food safety concerns using structured root cause analysis.
• Provide technical support for water treatment and sanitation systems, and various filling, processing and packaging operations.
• Support startup, commissioning, qualification, validation, and change management activities.
• Analyze quality and manufacturing data to improve process capability, system effectiveness, and manufacturing reliability.
• Lead or support cross-functional improvement projects, technical procedures, standards, training, and site capability building.
• Utilize data analysis and risk management tools to identify and develop plans to reduce risk and waste across manufacturing operations.
