Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with evaluating and improving production processes for efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends or process opportunities.
• Support troubleshooting efforts on equipment and process issues.
• Update and create SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities including Lean, 5S, and waste reduction projects.
• Assist with equipment testing, maintenance coordination, and process trials.
• Collaborate with operators, maintenance technicians, and engineering staff on daily production needs.
• Support safety programs and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general project tasks such as data entry, research, measurements, and equipment checks.
