Job summary

The Process Engineer will drive operational excellence at the Minden, NV site, evaluating and transforming liquid processes for safety, quality, and cost improvements. You will lead process control initiatives and manage capital projects to enhance automation and capability.

Successful candidates bring chemical/process engineering expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on commissioning, validation, and startup experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in a production environment (Food & Beverage, CPG, or related).
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing or Lean methodologies.
• Technical experience with high-speed packaging lines, thermal processing, blending, and CIP systems.
• Demonstrated Process Safety knowledge (PHR, HAC, LOPA).
• Strong GMP and quality assurance understanding; excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and technical leadership for key manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain process safety analyses and ensure compliance.
• Manage capital projects from concept to implementation with ROI justification.
• Collaborate with Commercialization, R&D and sustainability teams on scalable solutions.
• Support commissioning, validation, and startup of new equipment and processes.
