Job summary

Finlays Solutions Americas seeks a Process Engineer to drive operational excellence at the Minden, NV site. You will evaluate, optimize, and transform production processes focusing on liquid processing, CIP, HTST, and packaging, while leading process control initiatives and managing capital projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, scale new processes, and support sustainable manufacturing as the company expands capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering required.
• 3–5 years of practical plant experience in related sectors preferred.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization for blending, CIP, and packaging.
• Develop capital project proposals with ROI justification.
• Ensure process safety, regulatory compliance, and sanitary design.
• Lead commissioning, validation, and startup of new equipment.
• Collaborate across functions to scale processes and improve safety.
