Job summary

Electro Freeze/H.C. Duke LLC, a Welbilt Company, seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes.

You will work directly with production to translate engineering requirements into clear, repeatable work instructions and standard work. This role involves reviewing engineering changes, maintaining process documentation, and supporting new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Translate engineering requirements into practical work instructions.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
• Identify discrepancies between docs and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and specs to define manufacturing requirements.
• Work with production to translate requirements into clear work instructions.
• Develop and maintain controlled manufacturing documents and routings.
• Support ECNs and new product introductions.
• Conduct time studies and evaluate sequences for efficiency.
• Participate in audits and continuous-improvement activities.
