Job summary

Electro Freeze/H.C. Duke LLC, located in East Moline, Illinois, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily production, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Sales to drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include KPI development, bottleneck resolution, and launches of new products. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and ERP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5-7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives with safety as a priority.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to production, inventory, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, service, and finance to support launches and changes.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
