The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or IT and 2+ years of related experience. Proficiency with PLCs, HMI, and manufacturing tech, along with strong problem-solving abilities, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience with related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review and input data into PLC log.
• Participation in and preparation for managerial meetings.
• Programming and cross-facility collaboration.
• Work across departments and utilize team feedback.
• Find solutions to critical issues and improve OEE.
• HMI performance and evaluating new technologies.
• Root-cause analysis and periodic equipment audits.
• Implement error-proofing in production processes.
• SOT walks and adherence to safety processes.
• Stay up to date on controls technology and training.
• All other duties as assigned.
