Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering completed before start date.
• Additional engineering disciplines are a plus (mechanical/industrial/chemical).
• Experience in manufacturing and process engineering environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership to the Aberdeen plant and establish a network of resources.
• Evaluate project scope, equipment specs and other requirements using technical data.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for process, product, and quality.
• Organize and execute projects using strong project management skills.
• Support site resources with process improvements and monitor capabilities.
• Report project implementation, costs and status to stakeholders.
