Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities Include

• Create technical procedures on how to program, install, and navigate equipment used by controls engineers and customers.
• Compile the master Motor and Device List, creating a universal system for electrical devices across multiple types of equipment.
• Design controls for process equipment following FDA regulations, OSHA regulations, operating procedures, policies, engineering processes, and safety guidelines.
• Implement the company safety programs, including technical documents such as Safety Measure Assessment (SMA), Critical Control Logic (CCL), and Safety Requirement Specification (SRS).

Required Education and Experience

• BS Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of experience in food processing equipment or sanitary design.
• Prior work with industrial process equipment, including heat exchangers, pumps, filters, and automated CIP systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor 3D design software.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Ability to stand for moderately long periods when interfacing with manufacturing.
