Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes.
- Implement manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality through mistake-proof equipment.
- Analyze operations and processes to propose cost-justified improvements.
- Research and recommend best-in-class manufacturing technologies.
- Lead and support automation development for productivity improvements.
- Handle equipment development and installation to enhance the production system.
- Examine new equipment for quality and cost efficiency.
- Create benchmarking and best practice implementation from WIKA.
- Design and maintain production dies and calibration fixtures.
- Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
- Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Support manufacturing in realizing the operations vision.
- Assist Procurement & Engineering with manufacturing process knowledge to improve cost performance.
- Perform ancillary duties as needed.

- 100% ON-SITE IN PASADENA, TEXAS.

- Complete production capabilities studies.
- Design and maintain production dies and calibration fixtures.
- Drive root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
- Implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Support manufacturing in realizing the operations vision.
- Assist Procurement & Engineering with manufacturing process knowledge to improve costs.
- Perform ancillary duties as needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology.
- Five years of related experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAD.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of CNC, welding technology, and assembly/test equipment.
- Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive attitude.
