Austin Allen Company – Professional Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer for the Memphis, TN area. The ideal candidate will be hands-on on the production floor, drive value-stream projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits. Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing or process improvement, CNC experience and machine programming, and Lean Six

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
• Experience with CNC and machine programming.
• Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Enjoy working on the production floor, not behind a desk.

Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer - Memphis TN area candidates

Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits in the MEMPHIS, TN area

Must be commutable to the Memphis area.

Bring your experience in process improvement and help to make a change. This is a great company with a great collaborative staff. We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer who is engaged, structured, a good communicator, CNC & electronics.

Your Key Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:

• Drive projects throughout the value stream
• Work with teams and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work with other engineers to develop requirements and recommendations for large, complex processes and systems.

Minimum requirements for this Manufacturing Engineer:

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
• Experience in electrical maintenance, CNC experience and machine programming
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Like being out on the production floor & not behind a desk!
