Austin Allen Company – Professional Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer for the Memphis, TN area. The ideal candidate will be hands-on on the production floor, drive value-stream projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus and benefits. Candidates should have 3+ years in manufacturing or process improvement, CNC experience and machine programming, and Lean Six

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing or process improvement.
• Experience with CNC and machine programming.
• Proficiency with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Enjoy working on the production floor, not behind a desk.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects across the value stream.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop requirements for large, complex processes.
